Description:
Brown fused alumina is made of high-quality bauxite as raw material, anthracite and iron filings. It is made by arc smelting at 2000°C or higher temperature. It is crushed and plasticized by self-grinding machine, magnetically selected to remove iron, sieved into various sizes, and its texture is dense and hard. High, spherical pellets, suitable for the production of ceramic, high-resistance abrasive resin and grinding, polishing, sandblasting, precision casting, etc., can also be used to manufacture high-grade refractories.
Brown fused aluminum oxide is a tough, hard material (Mohs hardness 9) with high strength, excellent wear and corrosion resistance and good thermal conductivity.
♦ Sandblasted brown aluminum oxide– sandblasted abrasive with moderate hardness, high bulk density, no free silica, large specific gravity and good toughness. It is an ideal "environmentally friendly" sandblasting material widely used in aluminum profiles and copper profiles. Washed denim clothing precision molds and other fields;
Applications :
1.As sandblasting media for maintain pipe and ship,it 's good replacement of garnet.
2.As the blasting meida to remove the rust and paint.
3.For Resin or ceramic bonded abrasive,such as grinding wheels,cutting off wheels.
4.For Refractory Raw material, Wear-resistant and fire-proof products.
5.For Grinding and polishing ,such as gringing stone, Grinding block, flap disc.

For any special samples requirement, it need max 7 days finished. Usually we send samples by TNT ,FEDEX, DHL, or UPS. It takes 4-7days been to your hand.
Question 4: Can you customized quality, size, package according to customer?
Yes, of course. The OEM is available. We will do the creation in your requirement and make ur image come true.
Question 5:Can Customer ask for the third party certification?
Yes, No problem, but Customer resposiable for the charge.

Firstly, We make sure the quality before the goods to be packed, if clients get the item with Substandard products, We have warranty for our clients,we will ship out the new replacements.
Question 7:Sample cost is refundable or not?
Yes, Sample cost below 5 kgs can be refunded when bulk order confirmed,But freight cost for more than 1kg don't be refunded.
Question 8:What's payment terms ?
Bank T/T, L/C at sight, Westunion.
Question 9:What's lead time for bulk order?
1)for 5~25 tons, it takes around 10~15days.
2)For 26~200 tons,20-40days

Generally, we suggest to make shipment by sea which costs less. We also can follow other transportation method you asked.
